All products are free shipping and free sales tax in America.
1.Order Processing and Shipping Time:

Min 1 days- Max 3 days Fulfilled Monday-Saturday
Generally, it takes 1-3 business days for us to verify and prepare your unit. Following this, your product should reach you within 10-14 days.
- Transit Time (days) ：
Min 10 days- Max 14 days Fulfilled Monday-Sunday
- Receiving Time = Orders Handing time (days) + Transit time (days)
Orders Handing time (days):

All destinations : Min 11 days - Max 17 days
SHIPMENT TRACKING
You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail or by logging in to your account.
If the carrier’s tracking link for your order is not showing activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Service to investigate.
CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS
Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Please contact us first before canceling the order.
- Customers can cancel the order and require a refund before the product is shipped or produced.
- Order cancellation is not available after the product is shipped. If customers insist on canceling the order, they are responsible for all the fees generated from sending the package back to our warehouse.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
A correct and complete address is necessary for delivery. Once your order is ready for shipment or has been shipped, the delivery address can NOT be changed.
If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you immediately to change the address. In this case, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee for the re-shipped package. A valid telephone number is necessary for the delivery address.
