30-Day Returns & Refund And 2-Year Warranty
All products purchased on CWWK are covered by our 2-year warranty and 30-Day returns & refund. We will provide complete and necessary after-sales customer service for all customers. Please contact sales@cwwkpc.com if there's anything we can do for you. The warranty covers 2 years.
2-Year Warranty
We provide 2-year warranty services from the date of receipt of the goods, Free replacement of damaged hardware within 2 year.
1.CWWK will offer free repairs for defective products after confirmed with the manufacturer within the warranty period. The item should be returned by the customer, and We will pay for the shipping cost of sending the repaired item to the customer. Damage to items caused by human factors is not covered by the warranty, but the customer can return the product at his own expense and pay for the repair.
2.Warranty exemptions and precautions: Degradation of natural products due to wear and tear and damage/damage during use are only borne by the customer and are not covered by our warranty. This warranty does NOT cover damage of the device resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications or repairs, other acts which are not the fault of CWWK. If you have any quality problems, please feel free to contact the after-sales customer service to solve it for you.
3.If the customer damages/misuses these items, the product warranty will be immediately invalidated. No compensation is provided in this case. However, customers are welcome to contact us to purchase replacement parts or spare parts (if applicable). We will charge the original value of the components and shipping costs for distribution.
30-Days Money-Back Guarantee
Within 30 days of the purchase, if you are unsatisfied without quality issues, you have the authorization to refund after return the items complete, unused and in the original package. CWWK provides a 30-day refund & return policy. You can reach out to our customer service within 30 days of the delivery date to request a return or exchange. To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unopened, with all tags intact, and in resalable condition.
Return Process
- Please contact CWWK Service for assistance to proceed the return process with proof of purchase provided and merchandise authorization number for return.
- Please follow the instructions guided by CWWK service on how to properly pack and return the product safely.
- Please contact our customer service for the return address.
(CWWK expects packages to be returned in as original condition as possible.) - After you return the item, please provide the tracking number to our customer service to process the return or exchange. No return or exchange processing fees.
- We usually process your return package within 3 to 5 business days after it arrives.
How to request a refund?
Within 30 days from the date you receive the product, you can request return or exchange in the following situation via sales@cwwkpc.com
Refund
- The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made.
- The refund period (after the above processing time) is as below:
Paypal account: about 48 hours
Credit card: between 7 to 14 business days
- For Non-quality issues, refund is provided following the “30 Days Money-Back Guarantee ”.
- For quality issues, partial refund may be provided according to the usage time of the device after 30 days of the purchase.
- Refund will be processed within 7-14 business days after the product is returned to CWWK warehouse with a refund notification to customer email address.
- Not Covered Under Refund:
- 1) Products that have been misplaced or stolen
- 2) Products that have passed their warranty period
- 3) Products that with no quality problems (30 days after purchase)
- 4) Products received for free
- 5) Products repaired by third parties
- 6) Products damaged by improper operation (including, but not limited to, drops, extreme temperatures, water, and improper usage)
- 7) Computers used for over six months are not eligible for returns or refunds. Replacement is only available for computers of the same model.
